If your order has not shipped yet your account will say Status Processing and you can request that we cancel your order. You can contact us at the following form: https://cognella.com/contact/?who_are_you=Student
If your order has shipped or shows Completed in your account, you will need to request a Return through our return request form. Once submitted, a manager will review your request and will be in touch as soon as possible.
