Video Fails To LoadUpdated 21 days ago

If your video fails to load, you may need to change browsers or clear your cache. 

First make sure you are using the browser Chrome or Safari. 

Follow these steps for clearing cache:

Chrome for PC

• On your computer, open Chrome
• At the top right, click More > Delete browsing data
• Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time
• Select the types of information you want to remove
• Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files

Chrome for Mac

• On your computer, open Chrome
• At the top right, click More > Delete browsing data
• Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time
• Select the types of information you want to remove
• Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files

Safari for Mac

• In the Safari menu bar, click the Safari option
• Click the Clear History link
• In the Clear drop-down menu, select the time range where you want to clear browsing data
• Click the Clear History button
