If you receive an error message that says "Exception - Please make sure you have cookies enabled and that you are not in private or incognito mode." 

First, make sure you are using the browsers Chrome or Safari.

Next, make sure you are not in incognito mode.

From here, you may need to allow cookies. Follow the steps below by browser

For Chrome on a PC

• At the top right of Chrome, click Settings.
• Click Privacy and security and then Third-party cookies.
• Next to “Sites allowed to use third party cookies," click Add.
• Enter in: [*.]cognella.com
• Click Add.

For Chrome on a Mac

• At the top right of Chrome, click Settings.
• Click Privacy and security and then Third-party cookies.
• Next to “Sites allowed to use third party cookies," click Add.
• Enter in: [*.].cognella.com
• Click Add.

For Safari

• Open Safari
• Go to Safari settings > Privacy 
• uncheck “Prevent cross-site tracking”.
