if you purchased or redeemed an access code for a Hosted Active Learning course, you will receive an email from us almost immediately. Double-check the inbox associated with the email address you used to purchase. Also, check your Spam or Junk email folders.
Make sure your course says “Hosted” and not “Integrated.” If your course is “Integrated” you will access your material through your school’s LMS page.
If you can't locate the email invitation, contact us. Please provide your first and last name, email address, school, course name, section number, and order number, along with a brief explanation of the issue.
